Skipass & KeyCard
Check the confirmation to make sure you have booked the right date and period. If you have not pre-booked your SkiPass before your trip, it may be a good idea to do so. You get the best price online, which is also advantageous if you want to avoid standing in line on arrival. Here at Kläppen we use the cards called KeyCard/SkiData. If you have KeyCard/SkiData cards already, you can reuse them during your stay. You can easily load your cards via Kläppen's online booking by filling in the numbers on the back in the white field. If you do not already have a card, it is available as an option in the online booking.
Rental equipment with delivery
By pre-booking your equipment with delivery, you can avoid any queues on the day of arrival. If you opt for delivery, you can go directly to your accommodation.
Accommodation
Some things you have to bring with you to your accommodation; toilet and kitchen paper, dishwashing tablets if your cottage has a dishwasher and dishwashing liquid. A new dishcloth and a starter tablet for the dishwasher will be in the accommodation on arrival. Cleaning materials are also available in all cottages. If you have booked accommodation at apartment hotel Kurbits, in addition to the above, a kitchen sponge will be included.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you must bring your own bedding, towels and bath sheets. If you wish to rent a linen set, it is available as an option in our online booking. Each set contains an undersheet, duvet cover, bath and hand towels for one person. If you have pre-booked the linen set, these will be in your accommodation on arrival.
Some other things you might want to bring are tea lights, matches, salt and pepper, filters for the coffee maker, plastic bags and Easter clips, etc. Many of the cabins have a fireplace or wood stove. You can buy wood for these at ICA Kläppen.
Departure cleaning
In some accommodation, departure cleaning is included in the price. If this is not included, it is possible to purchase this service. Please call us and we will help you book. If you are registered in Sweden, you can use the RUT deduction.
Arrival text message
On the day of arrival, you will receive a check-in text message by 16:00. Please double check that your mobile number is correct. The easiest way to do this is to log in to My Page and My Details in the online booking.
- Code lock: If you have booked an accommodation with a code lock, you can go directly to the accommodation after receiving a check-in text message. The accommodation code is delivered after you click on check-in in the text message.
- Key lock: If you have booked an accommodation with a key lock, your key will be in one of our check-in stations. Which station belongs to your cottage is stated in the booking confirmation. The code for the check-in station can be found in the check-in text message.
