Trolle and Trolla want all young skiing stars to have a safe and fun day on the slopes. They have created some simple rules to help children ski safely and enjoy themselves. When we follow the rules, every turn becomes an adventure.
Seven simple skiing rules with Trolle & Trolla
1. Pay attention
Always look around when you are on the slopes, both up, down, and to the side, so you don't accidentally collide with someone else.
2. Make wide turns
Avoid skiing straight downhill at high speed; instead, make large turns on the slope so that you are always in control and can easily stop if necessary.
3. Only stop where you are visible
If you need to stop and rest, do so only in places where you are clearly visible and where other skiers can easily pass you safely.
4. Keep your distance
Leave plenty of space for other skiers on the slope and maintain a safe distance, so everyone has room to turn calmly, brake safely, and enjoy together.
5. Ride straight in the lift
When you ride the lift, stand straight and still all the way up, ensuring the lift does not break and everyone following you has a safe journey uphill.
6. Help each other on the slope
If you see a friend who has fallen or needs help, always stop and ask how they are doing, so that everyone feels safe and can carry on skiing together.
7. Let us know if you see anything dangerous
If you discover anything that looks dangerous or an obstacle on the slope, inform the staff immediately, so they can quickly fix it and make skiing safe for all children.
