Already have a Keycard? It couldn't be easier. Simply enter your Keycard number when you book your Skipass, and your lift pass will be automatically activated as you pass through the lift gate.
Need a new Keycard? Select a Keycard when you book your Skipass. You can easily collect your lift pass from one of our machines, either outside the ski hire at Kläppentorget or at the entrance of Hotell Kurbits. You will receive an email with QR codes to use for collection.
Have a Skipass included with your lodging? Skipasses included in your lodging package can be collected from one of our machines. You’ll find them outside the ski rental at Kläppentorget, next to the Gladan chairlift, at the entrance to Hotell Kurbits, or next to Fred’s Place on Tranantorget. You’ll receive an email with QR codes, which you’ll use to collect your Skipass.

Good to know when buying a Skipass
Our Skipass is free for children up to and including 7 years old, but a Keycard is required for all skiers, even the very youngest. Skipass are personal and cannot be shared between multiple people, with the exception of the Parent's Card. Refunds are possible up until a day before the first valid day. After that, a medical certificate is needed, or Kläppen must not meet the snow guarantee. If you lose your card, any remaining skiing days can be easily transferred to a new Keycard, upon presentation of the ticket serial number. If you have a season card, a photo is required.
