Snow Ritual Aufguss
A guided sauna ritual where heat, cold, and mindfulness come together in a soothing holistic experience.
The experience begins in the sauna with a 15–20 minute long Aufguss ritual. Essential oils, music, and rhythmic movements with a sauna fan create an enveloping warmth, while snow is used to enhance the contrast between hot and cold.
After the sauna, the ritual continues in our snow room with a temperature of –10 °C. Here, the body cools down as we unwind with calm breathing and mindful cooling for a relaxing moment for both body and mind.
Snow Ritual Aufguss is included in the entrance to Spa Kurbits.
