Under the guidance of our French head chef Hugo, each dish is prepared with carefully selected ingredients, a love for the craft, and a desire to give you an experience that lingers.     Just above the children's area, you will find our old Dala farm and waffle cottage Persgården. In the kitchen, our well-known crisp and golden-brown waffles are made, topped with cloudberry jam, cream or ice cream.

    Tranan serves tray lunches with well-prepared traditional Swedish cuisine. On the menu, you’ll find classics like meatballs and mashed potatoes, pasta bolognese, and beef patties with cream sauce, boiled potatoes and lingonberry jam.
