Activity plan
From February to March, applications and admissions are taking place. You submit your application, and we assemble this year's team.
May to June - Start-up and fitness meeting
- First meeting with the team
- Fitness tests and screening (benchmark tests)
- Individual training programme developed
- Ski camp, 3 days, in Juvass or Sweden
June to August - Individual training
- You train according to your programme, with ongoing follow-up and remote coaching from us.
August to September
- Second fitness test
- Indoor ski camp, 3 days – start of the preseason
September to November - Autumn ski camp and start of competition
- Juvass: 10–12 ski days (September–October)
- Storklinten: 4–8 ski days (November)
- First competitions of the season
December to April - Season, training and work
- Local trainings and part-time work
- 5–6 training sessions per week (approx. 2 hours per session)
- Competition season
Trainers available at certain competitions. Training is offered at the competition venue the day before in some cases.
