Kläppen's Security Package
With our Security Package, you can rent skis and snowboards with an extra sense of calm. Should anything unexpected happen, such as an accident or if the equipment goes missing, you are protected and won't need to worry about unnecessary costs.
Our Security Package covers skis, snowboards, and cross-country skis and protects you if anything unexpected happens. If the equipment is stolen, misplaced, or damaged during normal use, you will quickly receive free replacement equipment that you can easily collect directly from our ski rental.
The excess is low, only 300 SEK, and you won't need to worry about unnecessary expenses. Add the Security Package when booking your equipment, and we'll take care of the rest.

1 day: 70 SEK
2 days: 90 SEK
3 days: 100 SEK
4 days: 110 SEK
5 days or more: 120 SEK

The Safety Package applies to alpine skis, snowboards, and cross-country skis.

If anything happens, such as theft or damage, we want you to contact Kläppen's ski rental immediately, and we will assist you directly.

The package does not cover damage caused by careless handling, such as skiing outside marked runs or on gravel roads. In cases of obvious negligence, the full sales value may be charged.

In the event of ski breakage, you must replace the equipment unless the damage is due to a manufacturing fault.

The equipment must be returned clean and complete. If cleaning is necessary, an additional fee will apply. Unreturned equipment is charged at full value.

At night, equipment should be stored locked in a ski locker or lodging. Theft from a car, roof box, or outside a cabin is not covered by the insurance.

You can cancel the ski hire until the day before the first validity date. After that, the rental is refunded only in case of illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Identification is required when signing up for the Safety Package.
