Each apartment has its own style and equipment, making your stay unique. Here you will find information to make your visit easier and more comfortable. If you need assistance, we are nearby and happy to help you.

Good to know
Code lock
The apartment has a code lock. The front door and the ski storage use the same code. Register the code from your check-in SMS on both locks within 15 hours, otherwise, it will expire. If the code has expired, update your code card on your mobile, and you will receive a new code to register again.
Faults and issues
Contact reception if something isn't working or you are missing something. If you have comments about the cleaning upon arrival, contact us no later than 11.00 the day after arrival at tel +46 (0)280–962 18. For urgent issues when the reception is closed, contact the on-call service.
No smoking or pets
Please respect the ban on smoking and pets. In case of violation, a cleaning fee starting from 2,500 kronor will be charged. The lodging is not allergy-sanitised.
Night-time - show consideration
Show consideration between 23.00 and 07.00 so that everyone can have a peaceful stay. For disturbances, contact the on-call service. Disturbing behaviour may lead to immediate eviction.
WiFi and TV
You will usually find the code for the WiFi on or under the router. If there are issues, contact reception. You can also use the network KLAPPENGUEST at Hotell Kurbits, Toppstugan, and Kläppentorget. The range of TV channels varies between different accommodations.
Snow clearing and sanding
Roads, parking areas, and courtyard areas are cleared of snow by our contractors. At the lodging, there is usually a broom and snow shovel to keep the entrance free of snow, please use them and return them afterward. If it's icy, sand can be collected from the sandboxes in the area.
Recycling
Leave food waste, paper, plastic, metal, and other types of waste at our recycling stations. Compost bags are available there. Do not leave rubbish on steps or terraces as this could attract pests. Read more about where your nearest recycling station is located.

Kitchenware
Each apartment has an inventory list of kitchenware. If anything is missing, please contact the reception.
Need extra equipment?
Contact the reception if you wish to rent a highchair, cot, or linen set. Upon departure, leave the equipment in the apartment and place rented linen sets in the hall.
Dishwasher
If the dishwasher is not taking in water, check that the knob on the kitchen tap is turned on (on/off).
Cooker
If the cooker is not working, see if the child lock is activated. (Off/0) Alternatively, push in the cooker knob and turn.
Hot water
The hot water may run out if several showers are taken for a long time. The heater needs a few hours to warm up new water. Keep shower time short so it lasts for everyone.
Drying cabinet
Do not overfill the drying cabinet and keep the temperature below 40 degrees. If it stops working, the overheat protection may have activated. To reset, turn both knobs to 0 and wait five minutes, or press the red button on the inner ceiling.
Openable windows
Some bedrooms are classified as fire cells and therefore have fixed windows that cannot be opened. Bedrooms not classified as fire cells have openable windows.
Heating
The heating is centrally controlled, but you can adjust the radiators yourself. If it doesn’t get warm enough, contact the reception. Do not turn off the radiators when leaving the apartment.
Sauna
Most apartments have a sauna. One knob controls the temperature, and the other controls the start time and duration.
Settings 1–3 start the sauna immediately, and you choose the duration. Settings 3–9 are a timer to heat up after the number of hours you’ve set. If the heater gets too hot, it will switch off automatically.
Lift
The lifts in Tranangårdarna are operated with a code. Enter 5098 to use the lift. The lift is intended only for transport, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
The car during your stay
Parking
Park in the designated spaces for your lodging. Roads must be kept clear for ploughing and emergency vehicles. If you have more cars than spaces, park them at Älvspåret, opposite Kläppentorget.
Charging an electric car
Some apartments have a charging post and these are only for guests staying in those accommodations. Your booking confirmation will indicate if you have a charging post. Payment is made via an app or other payment methods; no compensation is provided for service interruptions. If a charging post is not available, you can charge at our stations at Tranantorget or the parking at Älvspåret. It is not permitted to charge your car in standard power outlets or engine heater posts. Violation incurs a fee of 3,500 kronor and can lead to termination of the rental agreement.
If there is a fire

Only try to extinguish the fire if it is safe. There are fire extinguishers and a fire blanket in the apartment.
- If you cannot extinguish the fire, leave the building and close doors and windows behind you.
- Call 112 and alert the emergency services, even if the evacuation alarm has sounded. Then contact reception or the on-duty service.

Warn others and meet the emergency services when they arrive.
Departure
Departure cleaning
Cleaning is included in your lodging. Start the dishwasher and leave rubbish and bottles at the recycling station before you check out. Please note that departure cleaning does not include deep cleaning or doing the dishes.
Check-out
The apartment has a code lock. On your departure day, you will receive a text message with a link for check-out. Click the link in the message to notify us of your departure and lock the door before you leave.
