Check-in and Check-out

We want your arrival and departure to feel easy, smooth and secure. That's why you will receive all the information you need directly on your mobile. On the day of arrival, we send you a text message with instructions on how to check in, and on the day of departure, you will receive a new message with information about check-out. Below, we describe the process step by step.

Check-in

On the day of arrival, you will receive two text messages from us. In the morning, you will get information on how to access your lodging. By 16:00 at the latest, we will send a check-in text message with a link where you can check in.

If you have booked lodging with direct check-in (code lock), you can go directly to the lodging.
Start by checking in via the link in your check-in text message. You will then receive a new text message with a link to your code card (code to enter the lodging). When entering the lodging for the first time, press # and your 10-digit code. Thereafter during your stay, just use # and the last 5 digits.

If you have booked lodging with a key, go to the check-in station.
Check-in via the link in your text message. You will then receive a new text message with a 6-digit code for the key box located at the check-in station. Go to the check-in station that belongs to your lodging area (see map). Enter the code on the specified box and retrieve your keys.

Check-out

On the day of departure, you will receive a text message with a check-out link.

Check out from lodging with direct check-in (code lock).
Click on the link and notify that you are leaving the lodging. Remember to lock the door before you leave.

Check out from lodging with a key (check-in station).
You return your keys to the same check-in station and key box as upon arrival. Use the same code you received when collecting the keys. Once the keys are returned, click the link in the text message and confirm your departure.
