Bageriet at Kläppen

At Bageriet, freshly baked rolls, cinnamon buns, carrot cake, and chocolate biscuits await you, all lovingly baked on site. Here, you can choose to take away to your cabin, or settle down in our cosy café.

In our cosy bakery at Tranantorget, everything is baked from scratch. Everything we do is with a love for the craft and an eye for the little extras. In the café, we serve breakfast rolls, hearty lunch sandwiches, and pastries that make each break a little more worthwhile. Bageriet is the place where you can warm up, rest your legs and indulge in a delicious break.

Bageriets bread hut

Bageriet opens as early as 07:30 for those who want to take away rolls, loaves, and pastries for breakfast in the cabin. Choose from wheat and rye rolls with seeds, nuts, and root vegetables. Naturally, everything is baked with care for a truly good start to your ski day. 

  • Early in the morning, the smell of freshly baked goods fills Bageriet's bread shop. Here, you can start the day in the best way with crispy rolls, rustic loaves, and freshly baked pastries to take back to your cabin.

  • At the café, you will find cinnamon buns with the perfect balance of butter and cinnamon, crispy croissants, moist carrot cakes, and classic chocolate biskvier, all baked with care on site. Settle down in our cosy café and enjoy in peace and quiet.

  • As the evening approaches, Bageriet transforms into an inviting pizzeria. Like our café, you can choose to sit down and enjoy on site or take the pizza back to the cabin for a cosy evening in front of the fire.

  • Tranan

    Tranan serves tray lunch with well-prepared traditional Swedish dishes. On the menu, you'll find classics such as meatballs with mashed potatoes, pasta bolognese, and beef patties with cream sauce, boiled potatoes, and lingonberry jam.
