Halster Bar & Bistro offers a family-friendly New Year Grill Buffet with plenty of delights from the grill and a delightful dessert table. Brasseriet serves a 4-course New Year supper, carefully crafted by our kitchen, perfect for a tasteful end to the year.

New Year Hamper

For those who wish to enjoy a cosy time in the cabin, we offer a luxurious and well-composed New Year hamper. Perfect for celebrating the New Year in peace and quiet with truly delicious food from Kläppen Restaurants.

The New Year hamper includes:

• Classic toast Skagen with Kalix bleak roe
• Fillet of beef with pepper sauce, potato gratin, tomato and onion salad
• Vanilla panna cotta with cloudberries from Sälen

New Year Grill Buffet at Halster Bar & Bistro

At our popular and family-friendly grill buffet, you will find fillet of beef, pork fillet, chicken, sausages, BBQ salmon, salads, various sauces, gratin and roasted root vegetables. And a dessert table to round off the evening in the best way.
