Celebrate Christmas where it feels most at home in the midst of Kläppen's snow-covered mountains. At Halster Bar & Bistro, we serve a classic, home-cooked Christmas buffet filled with aromas, flavours and a calm Christmas atmosphere. Here awaits a generous Christmas buffet with around 80 dishes that celebrate traditions.

Here you will find everything from homemade pickled herring, cured and smoked salmon, Christmas ham, calf's head cheese, prince sausages and Christmas sausages from our local supplier Karelius Charkuteri in Lima. Of course, we also serve favourites such as spare ribs, meatballs and cheeses.  And to finish, a dessert table filled with Christmas sweets and other little temptations.

Do you want to celebrate Christmas in the cabin but still enjoy a classic Christmas buffet? Then our take away is perfect for you. 
The Christmas bag is filled with carefully selected dishes and local flavours from Karelius Charkuteri in Lima. It makes Christmas Eve both simple and cosy with all the flavours you associate with Christmas.

Three kinds of herring with accompaniments, cured and smoked salmon, egg halves with prawns and mustard sauce, Christmas ham, prince sausages, meatballs, head cheese from Karelius, beetroot salad, Janssons frestelse. Desserts such as Ris à la Malta, saffron panna cotta, Christmas sweets, dessert cheeses with marmalade. Potatoes and bread are not included.
