Booking and Cancellation Protection

At Kläppen, we understand the importance of flexibility. Therefore, we offer affordable Booking and Cancellation Protection that allows you to amend and cancel your stay.

With our Booking and Cancellation Protection, you can securely amend and cancel up to 36 days before arrival without providing any reason. In case of cancellation, we refund everything except 500 SEK and the cost of the protection. If you change the period, the price is adjusted up or down depending on the difference. All amendments and cancellations are easily made through our booking system, ensuring a secure and flexible mountain holiday.

You can easily add our Booking and Cancellation Protection when booking your lodging. Prices start from 395 SEK. Please note that the protection must be purchased at the same time as booking your lodging, not afterwards.

General booking terms

Booked Add-ons

You can easily cancel your add-ons up until the day before they take effect. This applies to everything from departure cleaning and bed linen to winter season ski rental, Ski school and Skipass. This applies in the same way whether you have chosen our rescheduling and cancellation protection or not.

    Together with Klarna, we offer several easy and secure payment methods. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or spread the cost monthly. When it's time to pay, log in to My Profile, where Klarna will handle the entire process. If you have any questions about your payment, Klarna's customer support will be happy to assist you further.
