At Kläppen we understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to your holiday. That's why we offer an affordable Re-booking and Cancellation Cover to give you peace of mind. Here are some of the benefits of choosing our Change and Cancellation Cover.
Rebooking
- You can rebook at any time up to 36 days before your arrival.
- If you rebook for a more expensive period, the difference is paid by you, if you rebook for a lower price, the difference is refunded to you.
- You don't have to give a reason or provide a certificate.
- Re-booking is not possible when there are 35 or more days left until arrival.
- Re-booking can only be done via Kläppens booking by email or phone.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your reservation up to 36 days before arrival without any reason.
- For cancellations from 35 days, until the day before arrival, a valid certificate of cancellation is required. You will be refunded the full amount except for the 500 SEK cancellation fee and the cost of the rebooking and cancellation cover. If you do not have a valid certificate, we will keep 100% of the accommodation price.
- Cancellation can only be made via Kläppens booking by email or phone. You must state your booking number, the cancellation does not count if it is made to someone other than Kläppens bokning. We are obliged to confirm your cancellation. We are not responsible for cancellations when the cancellation is made through someone else.

What happens if I want to cancel?
If you cancel when there are 36 days or more left until arrival, we keep a cancellation fee of 500 SEK/accommodation. If you cancel when there are 35 days or less to arrival, we keep 100% of the accommodation price.
What happens if I want to rebook?
Without Kläppen's rebooking and cancellation protection, you cannot change accommodation or rebook to another period.
