Information before your departure

Thank you for choosing to book your trip to us at Kläppen! We hope that you have had time to enjoy wonderful time together and had fantastic riding days on the mountain. Now that your return journey is approaching, we have gathered some information that can facilitate your start on the day of your return trip.

If you have purchased a departure cleaning, or if it is included in the accommodation
Check-out takes place no later than 10.00 and before that we ask you to wash the dishes and set all the porcelain in its place (the dishwasher can be left on) and leave the garbage at the waste station, door code 2324. 

If you are staying at Hotel Kurbits, check-out takes place no later than 10.00.

If you choose to clean yourself
Check-out takes place no later than 11.00 and before that the following is to be cleaned before the next guest's arrival

  • Air the apartment / cottage and bedding, then put the bedding folded on the beds.
  • Dry cabinets and closets.
  • Wash dishes and set all the crockery in its place (the dishwasher can be left on)
  • Clean fridge, freezer, stove, oven, extractor hood and cutting board..
  • Clean the garbage closet under the sink.
  • Clean bathrooms, WC, sinks, faucets, drying cabinets, mirrors and sauna, where available.
  • Vacuum and wet dry floors (wet wipe only floors that do not have carpeting).
  • DO NOT turn off heating, refrigerator or water heater.
  • Check that windows and doors are closed and locked.
  • Do not forget to raise the thermostat / element before your check-out (if you lowered it during your stay).
  • Leave the garbage at the waste station, door code 2324

After you have checked out, we will check the cleaning. If the cleaning is inadequate or missed, you will be charged with at least SEK 2,500

If you have booked linen sets
Help us remove these from the beds and put them together with the towels in the hall of your accommodation, and we will take care of them accordingly.

Check out
Traditional keys - Leave the accommodation keys / tags in the key box on the outside of the check-in station where you checked in, after which your check-out is ready. NB! Do not forget to lock the door.

Digital code lock - On the day of departure, you will receive a text message with a check-out link, click on the link to check out, then your check-out is ready. NB! Don't forget to lock the door.

Return of ski equipment
The rented equipment must be returned no later than 18.30 the last rental date. 

  • Tighten your boots before returning.
  • Hang the poles on the pole wall in ski rental.
