Private lessons
Develop your skills on snow.
Prerequisites: No experience required.
A unique opportunity were you, together with a private teacher, design your ski lesson according to your needs. We help you, regardless of age, with everything you need. Using a lift, first turn, short swing in black hill or getting over the edge of the halfpipe. Choose either snowboard, telemark, alpine or cross country skiing.
Lesson time can vary from 60 minutes to an entire week. You choose how many to attend the lesson and how many lessons you want.
You can of course book more than 1 hour / day.
All of our ski and snowboard teachers are certified!

At Kläppen all ski and snowboard teachers trained and certified. At Kläppen Ski Resort, we have about 25 active ski and snowboard teachers every season. For these posts we have more than 150 applicants. Our first filter in the recruitment process is that you must have completed certified training. We are keen to offer our guests the best winter holiday and part of this is that when booking a lesson you know that you can expect to get the best help.
Our ski and snowboard teachers are certified at three levels, and we use a national and two international certifications.
- The national certification, awarded by the Swedish Ski Teachers’ Association shows that our instructors have at least 60 hours of training + two weeks of training in the areas of technique, education, security, and methodology.
- The first level of the international certification issued by the IVSI, International Federation of Ski Instructors. This certification ensures that your instructor has at least 250 hours of training in technique, pedagogy, methodology, and security and can teach at all levels within a discipline.
- The highest international certification conducted by the ISIA, International Ski Instructors Association. This certification ensures that your instructor has a minimum of 450 hours of training in the areas of technique, pedagogy, methodology, and security. The instructor can teach in several disciplines at all levels.
We know that our instructors will help you make great progress. But perhaps it is the joy and experience of snow that develop the most.
