Cancellation Policy

If you for some reason must cancel your ski school, it is possible. To get any refund, cancellations must be made no later than the day before your ski school starts.

If you start ski school and then want to cancel, you must contact the ski school reception desk. You then have to pay a single lesson-price for the le ssons already taken. If you get sick and have medical certificates you will get the money back for the remaining days. At the ski preschool, the same rules apply, but a doctor's certificate is not needed.

Both repayments apply to the days that are left after you cancel your lessons at the ski school reception.
